Makoto has fallen in love with Sousuke and vice versa, but they don't know that the other shares the same feelings. NOTE: I am currently in the process of rewriting this story since I wrote this years ago and the writing is a bit cringey or whatever. The updated version is being posted on my Fanfiction.net account (same title & same username) but I'll eventually put the updated chapters here too.

After an intense argument, Makoto stormed out of the house and drove off. Sousuke thought he'd never come back, and he didn't. The next day he's called into hospital. Makoto is in a coma from a terrible car crash. His life could end at any moment. Sousuke relives every moment he's had with Makoto, good and bad, and he must come up with a way to keep them together.

Sousuke is back in Iwatobi with a broken heart. Things were not going well in Tokyo and came back for a short visit. Ever since that incident in Tokyo, Makoto is back in Iwatobi. Although he misses him, but he could not bring himself to meet him, until the day before he left.
