From birth Izuku was always different from his twin sister Izumi. His whole family thought him deaf because he had never said a word and unlike any of his true family he had maroon eyes and at least his father and sibling thought he had green hair but they rarely payed attention to him because he was deaf and he always clung to his mother for some reason, and to top it all off he was quirkless.
