No. Stan clearly doesn't want to be in the relationship anymore while Wendy doesn't want to accept it. This causes multiple arguments and a constant cycle of breaking up, apologizing and reconnecting. Stan and Kyle? Just best friends, they've been best friends since elementary school. However when Stan and Wendy have an argument leading to another break up that might be the end of their relationship, a new connection blooms between the two "best friends".
