That is until she met Him. Devon is a 16-year-old boy from South Carolina, who moved to Louisiana for his parent's work. He doesn't think he'll ever love anyone again. Not after her. He is getting used to a new place when he meets her. He can't help but fall for her, but can he get past his fears of heartbreak for her.
