After years of not seeing each other, Kyle and Eric Cartman reunite at Stan and Wendy's wedg venue. The two struggle to figure out if they are friends or enemies within their current dynamic.

Their love has only grown exponentially after their Denver trip which was in April, when the snow starts to melt and the warm creeps back thawing all frozen hearts. In the times they are together, Kenny's attention is on Butters' confidence. He isn't able to assert himself to people who mistreat him, the kids in schools and even passing on the streets. Despite claiming he can still stand up to his parents, it doesn't feel right to assume that. Beginning with a spot in the South Park State Fair Talent show, where Kenny has assembled Jimmy and Stan to bring their band Crimson Dawn back for Butters and play like they used to. And they surprise Butters with his own guitar. Grappled with the fact he gets to command an audience, sing, and play an instrument again, Kenny wants to reassure Butters that he has that strong spirit that means he can do anything.
