Story of two best friends who find an old VCR in a charity shop whilst on holiday. Little did they know that the VHS recorder that they had purchased had quite a grim past and one day it would be out to get them!

When everybody around him was trying to control his life, Harry decided that he needed time to get away from his publicized life. Without telling anyone, he left. After a flight and several hours on a bus, he finally settled in a fishing town on the east coast of the United States where everybody is old or completely disconnected from the world of media : Southport. He had planned to stay there a month of two, but when he meets Kaylee-Ann, a stubborn girl who lives with her three year old daughter and her grandma, his plans may change.
