If you saw Carmen Sandiego in passing, you'd assume that she is as normal as one can be. But little does anyone know, she's the mythical creature, known as a mermaid.

Valerie Loch is not your average type of girl. Yes she rich but she just moved to Thorn Woods Hill after her father was arrested to live with her mother in Thorn Wood Hills Mansionon on top of a hill covered by thorn trees . Being a gang leaders daughter is fun and all until the consequences come to mess everything up. After she meets Alic Brown the first day she arrived he helps her out without realising that they both are slowly falling for each other. What happens when Valerie's father breaks out of jail to look for he daughter but also ends up killing the leader or the SSS (South Side Serpant) then being picked to be the new leader of the SSS.
