They find themselves in another world where magic and wonders in fantasy exist. Will they work with each other to get out of this crisis, or will they start a new rivalry in a new world? This story was heavily inspired by Nihonkoku shoukan.

What if it wasn't Japan that was the one transferred to another world, but two superpowers both rivals that were the leaders of their respective blocs in a cold war, One collapsed and one thrived, that's right The USSR and The USA but in this timeline The USSR never collapsed instead grew to match the USA not only in strength but GDP and influence during the dawn of the new millennium. Now entirely cut off from Earth, the USA and USSR finds itself in a impossibility: both nations including the continental landmasses and separated states and territories, was transported to another world. Unlike Earth, this new planet boasts phenomena unknown to science. Magic reigns supreme in this new region of the universe. What will the superpowers do in this New World? How will the New World react to these Superpowers? What will happen after the Soviet Bear and American Eagle learn that magic and fantasy existed? A new Cold War? A new Arms Race? The story, from the same world as Militsioner, revolves around a person named Sergei, who has lost most of his memory. He wakes up in a quiet rural town. He has a sentence to live here and not leave the town until further notice. He is under constant surveillance by the Militsionerka (the policewoman in Russian) in case he tries to escape. But he discovers that there are terrifying, mysterious events happening without explanation, and now he has to try to survive and find out what is happening in this town.

A new evil has risen. Betrayal lurks around the corners, and UN's family and himself are the target. Or are they...? Barely anyone knows what to do. Assassins attempt to kill. Countries plotting against their fellow organizations. The corrupted future has just continued...
