This is an original sci-fi one-shot written as a concept test for a future web manga / graphic novel. After extreme solar events alter the physical behavior of seawater, Earth's oceans migrate into the sky, forming a suspended anomaly known as the H2osphere. While humanity dreams of escaping to the stars, the story follows a different direction: a descent into what was left behind on Earth. A speculative, atmospheric science fiction piece focused on mood and consequence rather than strict realism. Any feedback is welcome. © Original project, 2026

On July 16, 1969 the US government added Section 1211 to Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations. This rule was commonly referred to as the Extra-Terrestrial Exposure Law. It allowed the US government to quarantine returning astronauts and their vehicles upon arrival to Earth. In 1977 the rule was revoked by NASA and formally removed from the Code of Federal Regulations in 1991. That was their first mistake. When it comes to space exploration, we didn't understand what we were doing. It was almost too late when we understood our reality. Now it's time to change it. Cover by @ diwatera

From the former Amazon #1 bestselling Military Sci-Fi novel (My Other Car is a Spaceship), my *****4.3-STAR-RATED***** action/adventure thriller: Mars is a frontier town, filled with prospectors and mining camps. It’s a place of deadly dust storms and near-vacuum atmosphere. And then there’s the terrorist. When James McKie leaves for his first job in space, he has no idea what he’s getting himself into. Traveling to Mars is harrowing enough. Surviving once he gets there is another matter entirely. Yet there is a discovery waiting to be made, one that could open Mars to human colonization—if it doesn’t kill everyone first. My sci-fi thriller, THE MARS IMPERATIVE (Book One of The Imperative Chronicles) is available on Amazon in 13 countries: http://smarturl.it/TheMarsImperative.
