*** This is the first 4 chapters as a sample to see if you like the story and my writing style before committing to paying for it. *** A dangerous job. A mining disaster. A declaration of love that may have come too late. Her job in a space station requires nerves of steel and a cold heart, but Lennina is paralyzed with fear for the life of her work partner each time there's an earthquake on the planet's surface. Her jealous boyfriend accuses her of having an affair with him and turns to violence when she denies it. Bruised and broken, she ends the relationship. Then when a quake traps miners underground, she discovers her work partner means more to her than life itself. One year has passed since the end of the First Contact War. As the Citadel commemorates the anniversary of the conflict that forever changed the galaxy, the fragile peace between humanity and the turians is already beginning to crack. On the fringes of Citadel space, a radical human group led by Jack Harper captures a turian hostage in a desperate search for the secrets hidden aboard a crashed turian vessel. Their actions mark the birth of an organization that will one day be known across the galaxy as Cerberus. Far from the political spotlight, human colonies are under siege by ruthless bands of renegade batarians, leaving innocent civilians caught in a conflict few seem willing to acknowledge. Meanwhile, mysterious signals echo from the darkest reaches of space, stirring fear among the oldest members of the Citadel Council. Memories of ancient wars resurface as whispers spread throughout the galaxy. Are the long-extinct Rachni returning... or has an even greater threat awakened? As if that were not enough, buried secrets from both humanity and the turian hierarchy begin to surface-truths capable of destroying the hard-won peace forged after the First Contact War. If exposed, they could ignite another interstellar conflict before the wounds of the last have healed. To uncover the truth, the Citadel forms a multinational task force composed of soldiers, scientists, diplomats, and specialists from across known space.. But in a galaxy built on lies, every answer comes with a price... and some secrets were never meant to be found.

Rhea has been alone on the planet of Elysium for over a year now. At first it wasn't so bad, she had daily check-ins with Gloria, and the thrill of learning about this new world kept her going. Gloria disappeared and was replaced with Kel, a handsome and polite young man. Sir Isaac Newton predicted the world would end before 2090. He was right. Now, the Travellers-people who can "remember" their own futures-have determined that Earth's final day is just weeks away. Jack Scatter is an ordinary teenager with the normal concerns that come with life in a small farming community: school, his job, and a long-distance relationship with Sarah. Sarah Rogers is smart, ambitious, and wants a role in saving her world's endangered species. But their home towns are on Cirrus, a planet-sized space station, and Newton's prophecy threatens both worlds. When Jack and Sarah uncover a scheme by Pieter Reynard, a Traveller, to bring about his own version of the apocalypse, they're launched on an adventure that spans two worlds. While Jack runs, trying to stay ahead of Pieter's thugs, Sarah uncovers more secrets and becomes a target. But Pieter is not the only Traveller, and not the only one plotting. The final hours of the prophecy are counting down. The Travellers see different versions of the future but agree that Jack and his friends will be at the center of events. Can they save Earth and Cirrus? Just one? Neither? Either way, millions may suffer. Set in the late twenty-first century, BROKEN SKY is a YA science-fiction adventure, the first of a trilogy where magic increasingly replaces technology, and dragons have political ambitions.

This is a prequel of TV show "The 100". It was written back in 2019. The whole story is under a complete rewritten. What you see here is just the original with a little edit. Becca Franco, the Pramheda, was a brave heroine who played a important role in both the Ark and the grounder's culture. She's also a prestigious scientist who tried her best to save others. I was deeply touched by her brief yet impressive story line in "The 100". This whole series are dedicated to her. Book one tells you the story before and after the first apocalypse. They are about extreme global warming scenario, future AI development, nuclear war and the people involved. The story mostly centers around Becca. How she made a super-intelligent AI and caused the nuclear war. The whole series are written for "The 100" fans. All three books fit nicely with everything happened in the TV Series. Yet they only take accounts of Season 1 to 5. Season 6 and 7, IMOH, shouldn't have made at all.

In the beginning, there was the First Creations. They were alone and scattered across the cosmos. As their societies began to expand, they established the First Contact. From the First Contact many new life forms and societies came to be. Wishing to impose power over the New Creations, the First Contact fought one another for dominancy. After eons of conflict, crossbreeding, and evolution there was the Second Creation. The New and Second Creations joined together to establish a new Galactic Empire. This Empire defeated the First Contact and welcomed them as free citizens under the Empire. This was the Second Contact. Fearing that lack of purpose may cause the Second Contact to collapse, a Second Creation, Man, staged rebellions to keep the Empire engaged in an endless war. However, Man grew tired in their endless fight and was soon defeated. Man was ordered by the Second Contact to be exterminated for their crimes. Only a few survived the Human Genocide. Some escaped and forged refuge on the uninhabited planet they would later call Earth. The others would be placed in the lowest social class as slaves and servants. After the Genocide, the Second Contact became more Authoritarian in their practices. Their merciless and cruelty soon inspired a alternative government to form called the Galactic Federation. The two governments fight for territorial claims. During a ceasefire, a Neutral territory was formed. However, the Federation fears the Second Contact may violate the ceasefire and encroach on the Neutral Territory. The Federation decides to make the Third Contact. However, a spy has recorded their plans and plans to relay to them to the Empire.

In a sea of stars, there was a magnificent space station that was surrounded by many universes. Universes that are unique in their own way. Then, three portals appeared inside the mysterious space station. In one portal, a person that is heavily armed with weapons and wore red googles came out of it. They held their signature katana in defence, being aware of their surroundings. In another one, the king of the Koopas appeared alone, surprised by where he was at that time. The man wearing all black and the tortoise noticed each other, but before they can say anything, the third portal spitted up two more people out of its opening. One was a white skinned brunette who wore an almost all purple uniform, completed with a shiny golden badge, while the other one was a dark skinned blonde that wore a more casual outfit and has green bows in the side of their hair. Both of them looked exhausted, like they just came out of hell. All four looked at each other, wondering what the heck just happened when a door slides opened. There was a beautiful woman standing at the door, smiling mischievously at the foursome. She said, "Welcome to my space station."
