"I worry the Nexus Syndicate has gone too far this time, soon the Genesis Collapse will be upon us." ~~~~ "What if I can't protect everyone? Would that make me a bad leader?" ".........I want to see smiles on everyone's faces after this is all over. Maybe then I'll know I made a difference." ~~~~~ Zeno-scout Liam adopts codename Zorian after working on a trash cleaning ship called the Cosmic Duster. However, things go south on one of their missions and Liam gets tossed into an action-like adventure he never asked for. Now it's a fight against his ever present identity as Zorian and his past identity as Liam while there's a war going on with the Nexus Syndicate as they plan to kickstart the Genesis Collapse. The war is over. The Reapers are gone. But for Commander Jane Shepard, the battle for her soul has just begun. In the final moments of the Reaper War, the legendary "Butcher of Torfan" made the ultimate choice. She activated the Crucible, wiped out synthetic life, and secured a victory built on the bones of allies and the ashes of civilizations. But the feedback from the Destroy pulse didn't just kill the Reapers-it shattered Shepard's mind. Buried under the rubble of the Citadel, Shepard survived. But the woman who took that iconic final breath is gone. In her place is a "Jane" with the mind of a child-innocent, frightened, and blissfully unaware of the galactic atrocities she committed to win the war. Now, hidden away on a quiet estate on Earth, Dr. Karin Chakwas fights a new kind of war: a battle to protect a broken hero from a galaxy that wants her head. As Shepard's memories begin to return in jagged, terrifying flashes, she must reckon with her "Renegade" past through the eyes of the child she has become. Can the woman who broke the galaxy find redemption in the silence of its aftermath? Or will the "Red Death" wake up and realize that some sins can never be washed away?

It is not only an adventure in space, but also adventure in our very life. Space, is nothing but a space between worlds, between people, between ideas. Some are like us, some are hostile, some are different, how would you navigate through the space of life? In the 23rd century, humanity might no longer be alone in the the cosmos, but knowledge comes at a cost. Captain Aric Cole and his crew aboard the Odyssera explore anomalies at the edge of known space, where the line between science and the unknown blurs. The Odyssera is an individually-owned vessel-not a government or corporate project-but a ship for outcasts and dreamers seeking proof of their worth and purpose, a chance to explore with goodwill, and an anchor in the vast, unforgiving universe. From rogue satellites hiding secrets older than Earth itself, to AI questioning the nature of its own soul, and microorganisms defying the laws of life, every mission challenges not only their skills-but their understanding of reality. As the crew navigates quantum tech, interstellar threats, and mysterious signals that may be cosmic coincidences-or alien contact-Aric must balance leadership, friendship, and survival, while questioning what it truly means to be alive in a universe that may not care. Moderate-paced, high-stakes, and filled with thought-provoking tech, philosophy, and societal questions, this story is perfect for fans of hard-ish sci-fi with a human touch.

The price of looking at what's forbidden is never small. The mission to Io was never meant to save humanity. It was meant to stare straight into what should never be seen... and find beauty in the heart of hell. Captain Leo knows the ship is a prototype. He knows something inside it isn't right. And he knows Clarise, his wife, fears what they carry within more than the volcanoes burning beneath Jupiter's surface. But when the gas giant seems to stare back at you, wonder becomes stronger than the instinct to survive. A story about obsession, emptiness... and that final second of light before everything goes dark.

In the year 2077, space travel is no longer a dream. For Yuta, it's just a school trip. When his class from East Damos boards the Lunar 108 for an educational excursion to Mars, everything feels routine. Teachers are confident. Systems are certified. The journey is meant to be safe, controlled, and forgettable. It isn't. What begins as an ordinary trip slowly unravels into something no one prepared for. Navigation feels wrong. Protocols shift. Silence replaces excitement. And when the first incident occurs, the truth becomes clear: this was never supposed to happen. Trapped far from home, surrounded by failing systems and unanswered questions, Yuta must rely on his instincts, his friends, and his AI assistant Lumi as reality fractures around them. In space, mistakes don't announce themselves - they simply happen. The 2027 Incident is a grounded sci-fi story about failure, survival, and the cost of believing that technology makes us invincible. Some trips change how you see the stars. Others change how you survive them.

When no one knows you're alive, its liberating and confining. It's one of the best things that can happen to you, especially if you're a villain! You can be someone else, live the life you never could, do the things you only dreamt of! You would think, at least. However, the best thing you can do is start over new and embrace anonymity, new horizons, more opportunity. Until, that is, the holder of the lien on your life cold calls you home -- now what? Act like you didn't get the call? Take a third shot at redemption? Or better yet -- do something bold and reclaim your life? Only if you've got the guts to own it - but you just may end up dead, for real this time. The Deets: * once weekly chapter drops * no profanity, no graphic sex/violence scenes * this a basically book one of a series I'm working on so expect more! ~~~And btw the pics shown here all came from Pinterest ~~~ * although the story is showing up here serialized - I actually didn't/am not writing it as a serialized story, in the event a chapter feels chopped off. Each named section is one whole actual chapter that's split up to show up once a week here šŸ‘Œ

The Tulpar's stranding became a publicized event. An expedition was planned for its retrieval and rescue. Hello. My name is Alma Smith. The sole occupant of the research vessel Asterion. This is my final transmission. I am recording it because my human brain, with all its human neuroses, insists it is still useful. It believes, with embarrassing optimism, that if it keeps me talking long enough, a miraculous solution will interrupt me. That is my biology. The reality is that I am already dead by the time you hear this. I am approaching the event horizon of the black hole designated Sisyphus. An ugly irony who, like me, was not punished by labor but by hope. I did not fall in by accident or because I was suicidal. Asterion did this. Whether it was intentional or not makes no difference now. I have already sent you all the data. You can decide what happened. I no longer care. The point of no return is coming. Scientifically. But practically I crossed it long ago with the resources I had. I want to be clear about something. I am terrified. There is no heroic calm in me. Just a relentless fear pounding in my chest, begging me to keep looking for a way out. Surely there should be another option. Surely this is not how a thinking, sophisticated species ends up: alone, narrating itself into the dark. That may just be the human condition, though. You're on a planet. I'm in a murdering mechanical can. We're both floating in a vast black expanse, conscious and alone. Being human is wonderful. I've enjoyed it. But it makes uncertainty like this unbearable. The only comfort I have is knowing that no matter what happens, I am going to die here. If anyone hears this, I did not die quietly or bravely. I will likely die terrified and very human. But I went honestly. I understood what was coming. If that counts for anything, let it count out here. Time is strange now. Only forward and future. The concept of the past is obsolete. Perhaps it always has been. I love you, Dad. Happy belated birthday. This is Alma Smith, signing off.

The Mandalorian: A Story of Survival and Self-Discovery Larah Fann was never meant to survive. Orphaned at ten, enslaved by the Scrapper Guild, and hunted for a power she was never allowed to understand, she's spent most of her life hiding, from the Empire, from her past, and from the Force that still lingers inside her like a fading echo.
