Mr. Antenna, show host of TV Time, recently heard about this tiny salesman in Cyber City seemingly becoming a big shot overnight. His sudden popularity intrigues Tenna and he decides to try and learn this Addison's secret to fame by playing nice. But even when Tenna's acting like he loves Spamton it begins to feel so real and he begins to question where his priorities lie. Is Spamton's company and affection worth more than chasing after the secret? Spamton was shocked by how quickly he fell for Tenna when he offered him a spot on TV Time's cast. He's never felt so heard and seen by anyone before and realizes he'd rather be nowhere else than with him. But Spamton's mysterious puppeteer, and the key to his fame, Mike, does not approve. Mike sees right through Tenna and knows exactly what he wants, but Mike won't let him have it. Spamton is torn between trying to lead a normal life with Tenna or obeying his boss. Either way he knows his life will gradually fall apart and his decent into madness is inevitable.
