In my home town of Liddypool, I grew quite fond of writing. Then this little brain of mine built up something like this...

Spanish ships have been sailing along the coast of Alta California for more than two hundred years. Majestic Manila galleons laden with riches from the Orient cruise past regularly, bound for the port of Acapulco. But no Spaniard has ever ventured inland to explore the rugged terrain lying beyond the rocky shoreline. The King of Spain, Carlos III, is concerned about the predations of English pirates and Russian encroachment from the north. He wishes to secure his possessions in America and commissions an expedition to establish an overland route connecting the harbor of San Diego to Monterey Bay. The members of the expedition have no idea what may lie ahead but are determined to carry out their orders despite the hazards to be confronted in the vast, uncharted wilderness of Alta California.

When a scientific expedition investigates a time machine in Antarctica, an archaeologist and a scientist go back in time to the Incas and Spanish conquistadors.

As the reader discovers the abandoned manor, they explored the location and discovered the pile of diary books of the possible owner of the manor. The story goes back in 1825. As the misterious author tells their story about how their love story of someone who is far to reach and till the very end of the dialouge. This story is inspired in El Filibusterismo by Jose Rizal--the Philippine's national hero and JeremyXplores (youtube) and his vlogs about the abandoned mansions, houses and manors that was abandoned by the rich people, middle class people, Farmer etc. Watching his blogs gives me an idea to create this story by just watching and listening to his narration about the back story of the house. This is a play I have written. It reads slightly different than a normal story, but of course its a story nonetheless. Its setting is during the time period of the French Catholics, and the Huguenots who are against each other. But this is a story how a small group of people from both sides of this rivalry have come together for the holiday.

The head of the family himself, Don Godofredo Vargas, was rumored to have killed ten people in his lifetime. Of course he wasn't convicted. He bribed the authorities with large sums of money. His wife, Doña Juanita, was a racist and a sadist in one cruel package. Too proud of her Spanish heritage, she was known for her merciless swearing and slashing of her poor servants.

The story of secrets, twists and turns, moments of idiocy and moments of intense brain-explosions that all point to some edgy germaphobic homosexual. One can expect to be on quite the wild ride.
