When you're gay for your fake boyfriend

Craig Tucker was fine with being in a fake relationship. Even though his feelings are real, he didn't mind pretending. He loved Tweek, and as long he was happy, so was Craig. Or so he thought, until a certain night his throat started itching. ------------------ Tweek and Craig have been pretending to be a couple since they were 10. Unknowingly to Tweek though, Craig actually caught feelings and started hiding it from him. Things have been fine for years, until suddenly Craig finds himself coughing flowers and realises that the only way to survive is face his "boyfriend" about it.

This is a story set in South Park, Colorado. We will see this story in the eyes of Tweek Tweak and Craig Tucker, as the chullo wearing boy stumbled into the music room after listening to a beautiful melody that rang throughout the hallway.

Craig can't be happier that he and Tweek can finally be themselves, but Tweek seems off. After a while of fighting Tweek can't be found only with a Note saying 'just forget me' putting the Town in panicked and another depression with his face all over town. Okay so I like story where Tweek and Craig break up realising they actually can't live without each other. Craig did not love him, but now he does. In which Tweek becomes sick with the disease and gets it surgically removed after months of waiting for Craig to catch up, but Craig falls for him not long after he gets it removed, leaving Craig to be faced with the disease instead.
