Carter was just minding his own business and locking the door to his Grandma's shop,when he saw him. A guy, running from the cops. He didn't know if it was the adrenaline from the shock or if he was just plain stupid, but for some reason, he let him in. But, when the guy took off his good to thank him with a kind, bright smile, Carter didn't think he was stupid anymore.
