This is a poetry/self opinion book on life. The story is told by personal experiences and/or messages in which the author wants to express in a creative way. This book is meant to inspire others to reach for the impossible. Any topic presented can be up for discussion.

A collection of poems and spoken word from a perspective of a lost mind, to one that began discovering itself. Through perseverance, courage, weaknesses, to lessons, allow the pieces inside to prove to you no one is alone in their thoughts. With over 10 years of works to go through, these pages are filled with undeniable words that I for one, have denied myself. Read it like you are watching a 13 year old girl grow to find herself over the years, the ups and downs of womenhood, and the trials and tribulations us teenagers and young adults go through.

This work of art is going to be, just a daily journal about my struggles day to day, trying to rediscover who I am, what I want, what I feel, and what I I can do to help me change anything I don't like, what can I do to be a better mother, and who can I trust after a break up like that? Dumbass let me believe! There's so much I have to talk about and I'll start from the beginning!?

About a neurodivergent teenager in a mainstream school. Based on the authors own personal experiences and journey to becoming who she is. This book is about helping young women and teenagers understand why they might think they could potentially be on the spectrum. This book is to help more young women be able to speak up about being themselves and to help them accept it isn't just men who can be diagnosed with hidden disabilities/ difficulties. I hope this book will inspire younger generations to be able to have the confidence to question it being a possibility for themselves.

For example, if the audience is composed of professionals in a specific industry, the presenter can use industry-specific terminology and examples to make the presentation more relevant and engaging.
