Let's be honest. Some words are better left unsaid, these..these are my words that shouldn't have been said. Some of these I know are not perfect, but they are mine. My thoughts and pain I have been though, I will not apologize for speaking my truth. And I advise you don't either, it's what makes us who we are.

A forsaken world that is obscured by widespread illiteracy, time appears to decelerate, as if an essential process remains secreted, denying progress to those left abandoned without the key to literacy. Is the world inherently just, or does it harbor injustice?

And Feeling like you're family doesn't like you and hoping that one day you'll get a guy who actually want you for you. It sucks being me just let me tell you a story about my life . A transgender poem

This poem is about her, who was asked to stay hush about her mistreatment. As results of condescending remarks and looks from the society, she was forced to bottle up her trauma. The misdeeds against her as there was too much stigma around such matters thus it was not open discussion. *N O T E Why is everytime that someone gets sexually assaulted or harassed they are asked to be quite. Why society doesn't have a safe spot for them to talk? Why are they questioned by the society, "What where you doing?" rather than, "How are we gonna get you justice?" Society shame victims for assult that happened on them. Its hard to even imagine them undergo through PTSD, Anxiety disorder, Clinical depression and some also go through the extend of self harm just because nobody is ready to believe them. Well after that some became our lost ones while others became survivors. It's disappointing how talking about sexual abuse is considered, taboo and demmed as something that should never be spoken. It's unfortunate how they have to survive it where we could just help them fight it. Let's normalize talking about this topic, it's not a taboo to talk about your mistreatment. It's our job as a citizen of this society to stand against the wrongs.

Amaryllis (named for her pride, her determination, her radiant-albeit unusual-beauty) Chrysanthemum (for respect and honor, but eventually-sorrow) was a girl who everybody saw every day, a sweet, kind, unnoticeable girl who disappeared in the folds of the masses and was nothing more than another pebble in the pond that was the world. So, would it really be all that much of a surprise if, in the end, she never really mattered? ________________________________ Short chapters, short story. Ummm many teens and people have some things they wanna talk about but they don't coz its a so called "taboo".... they just mum up and end up never talk about it and continue the same with their children !!! and they end up creating a never ending cycle of a social leech , a stigma...... we are living in this modern world should come up and talk about it &lt;3 this is a small attempt to it... "Uncle" is an African man with a prominent title that lacks inherent self-respect. "Uncles" are African men that prey on little girls instead of protecting them; they are African men that carry out acts of domestic violence; they are African men that disrespect women without a care. "Uncle", is an African man that is driven by toxic masculinity; a man that thinks he is entitled to every woman's body. Unfortunately, our African Aunties remain dormant and refuse to speak up about these precarious situations and in turn, they fail to put an end to these toxic behaviors. Instead, the blame is thrusted upon the victims and our African Aunties vehemently defend these African "Uncles".
