This is a book of Sapphire's life during the apocalypse. She faces new dangers everyday but what will she give up along the way. It's the zombie apocalypse. Few buildings still stand. Few humans still live. Landscapes turned to barren wastelands. After a nuclear power plant explodes, 19-year old Maximilian Roamer is rendered unconcious and doesn't remember anything about his past. But as he ventures out into the unknown, he starts to discover himself, but it won't be easy. The zombies aren't the stereotypical ones. They aren't slow. They aren't weak. They aren't all the same, and they aren't common to see. The world doesn't belong to the humans anymore and Max doesn't understand that, so he develops a series of theories he keeps in his journal. Maximilian doesn't know where he is, but he knows that he shouldn't be there or the rest of his life will be lived as one of the reckless mutations that now crawl this earth.

Each character has an original personality semi based off of canon attributes, the fandom's portrayal of each kind of infected, and personal bias.

This story has been abandoned since 2022 So, you know how the L4d 1&2 games have movie posters, right? Well, what if all the campaigns were separate episodes in a series? And what if all the survivors/infected were actors? Here's a stupid idea I made up because I'm hyperfixating on L4d right now. Includes: - Bloopers from each 'episode' (Campaigns & cinematic shorts) - Behind the scenes - Interviews with the 'cast' (Survivors & Special Infected) - Funny extras/ convos between cast members A handful of headcanons, ships, and character alterations will be in here so be warned. Mostly for shits and giggles. Btw Valve is gonna be referred to as a movie studio in this as it is technically an au. (I know there's a similar au over on Tumblr, but I started mine a good few months before they posted anything. Our projects aren't related to each other in any way nor inspired by each other. Please don't harass either of us for 'stealing'.)
