One day, an explosion occurred in an old facility near at the mountains causing to appear powerful phantoms and planning to conquer the world. A self-claimed Dark Emperor Phantom is behind all of this to use phantoms to causing the city to destroy. However, a lone mystery Phantom Hunter also appears to fight the Dark Emperor.
