A story of two lovers - Jack Kelly and Davey Jacobs. Davey is new to their school and Pulitzer wants his help. Jack is determined to take down Pulitzer. I am really rubbish at writing a summary especially when I don't even have a story idea yet :)

Manhattan isn't exactly a forgiving place for a young girl who lives on the streets. Y/n L/n knew the worst of it firsthand. After she was orphaned, she was sent from her home in Boston to live in New York with her aunt. Through ups and downs, she encounters the newsboys of Manhattan, is taken in, and makes lifelong brothers, friends, and love. !I do not own any of the characters in this story!

This is just going to be a oneshot book full of newsies ships. I'll do any ship but mainly Sprace, Javey, Spromeo, Blush and RedFinch since those are my favourite. I will not any xreader oneshots. (Author note: this is a sequel to my first Newsies story, "I Never Planned on This". I would suggest reading that one first, because I am going to be talking about events that happened in that story that weren't in the show, so it may be confusing if you don't read that one first. that being said, here's the sequel:) Years after Kennedy came to New York and tortured the Newsies (mainly Henri and Davey), The Wall is now gone, and so is the warden. But as some things go, new things tend to come. Jack and Katherine have now moved back to New York, with Jack drawing for the papers as well as occasionally selling them. Pulitzer's been off of the Newsies' tails ever since Jack threatened to put him out of business. But when eight-year-old Allen and six-year-old Katie enter the picture, Pulitzer suddenly wants to be involved in their lives, as in sending them both to boarding school, as he sent Katherine to until she turned seventeen, when he allowed her to return to New York. Jack and Katherine refuse, as they want their children to grow up around New York, and learn streetwise and schoolwise. But Pulitzer, being the stubborn man he is, refuses to help pay for the children's schooling unless Katherine and Jack allow him to send them to boarding school, even though it's technically their choice. As Jack begins to go in debt to Pulitzer and Katherine is always on her feet to support her family at her job in The New York Sun, the Newsies may be their only chance at keeping Allen and Katie in New York. Will Greedy and Entitled Pulitzer win again, or will Jack and Katherine's dream of raising a family in New York be able to become a reality? (Author Note: Just like in I Never Planned on This, some characters will be girls rather than boys. Please understand that I feel it contributes more to the story, and I hope it doesn't upset anyone. Astra is a young adult characterized by her vivacity, defiance, and loyalty, traits she inherited from her mother, Lyra. Cosmo, an outsider and council member who has observed Astra since her infancy, selects earthlings based on their primary traits for a one-month to one-year loyalty test. If any selected individual fails to keep the secret, the council will withdraw its protection from Earth against malevolent threats.
