On Earth 727 Wilson Fisk is the mayor of New York and runs things with an iron fist and he even created his own police force called "Fisk Fist" who aren't far to the civilians of New York and even let some criminals do as they please and rumors have it he goes by the name "Kingpin" but from villain attacks and alien invaders to HYDRA attacking nothing could be worst for New York. This story is about a young teen boy named Alex O'Hara Reilly who was one day bitten during a field trip to Alchemax and the next day he woke with extraordinary powers and decided to use them for good so he created a suit and a pair of what he calls web shooters and became the hero known as Spider-Man and would risk his life to save innocent people and he will never back down or give up.

Things has been rough for Spidey, since his last fight with the green goblin that resulted in the villain's 'demise' and things weren't going smooth for Peter as well, his ex Liz give him the cold shoulder, Flash is on his case for hurting his ex and he can't date Gwen since she's consoling Harry of the death of his father Norman Osborn. but Peter got a break when he was offered to sign up for the Student exchange program and gets to study in Paris for a year. he decided to go and get to stay with the Dupain Cheng's as his host family with their daughter Marinette who wants to ask her crush Adrien to the upcoming prom. but when Spider Man meets Ladybug and Cat Noir he's in for quite an adventure. as the old saying goes. expect the unexpected. life is never easy for the Spectacular Spider man. Spider Man belongs to Marvel. Miraculous Ladybug belongs to Zag.

Some time has passed since Spider-Man has lost almost everything he loved, Gwen died, MJ has forgotten him, Harry is gone and Eddie Brock became Venom again. And after great events like the Secret Invasion, the Infinity War and some other universe threatening reality warping shenanigans, a nineteen years old Peter Parker is now a hero in all the merits and meanings of the word. Now his idol Tony Stark a.k.a. the Invencible Iron Man, has contacted him to ask for his experience in order to lead the new generation of future Avengers (it sounds like Ultimate Spider-Man but trust me it's not). With already too much responsibility on his hands, Spider-Man will have to deal with his new troublesome companions, his already grand collection of enemies and some new, before an already well known face warns him of his future demise... will he be up to the task? Like I said, it sound a lot like Ultimate Spiderman, but it's not related to it except for a few references here and there, as well as a lot of references to other Marvel animated series. Honestly, that series was just wasted potential, great ideas badly executed, so I figured I could do something to honor some of the greatest Marvel series ever created but unfairly cancelled. This doesn't take place in the same universes that the series but instead a universe where most of their events happened with some little changes to make them fit with each other and adding some more.
