Spelling Stories

Spelling, punctuation, and grammar - the bane of many a writer's existence. They're so basic and so complicated, and they can make the difference between a good story and a great story. Why do there have to be so many rules? Why are there so many exceptions to the rules? Why do we even care? Answers: English is weird. And we are writers. In this book, I will attempt to demystify the mystifying and share what I've learned about this often painful subject, along with other tips and tricks I've picked up along my writing journey. I am by no means an expert, but hopefully, I can help a little. And if something I say is wrong or could be stated better, by all means, let me know. They say curiosity killed the cat. A negative undertone. I completely agree. We wanted to douse our thirst, uncover the mystery and because of that we almost got killed by a mad scientist. We suffered. We weeped. We ran. We hid. We were being tested. We saw the dark side of life. All we can see is devilry. But it brought back satisfaction. We found the truth.
