It's Christmas time! Freddie is planning a special surprise for Carly. She's been dying to go to a Jonas brothers concert for months. She can't stop dropping Freddie hints about it. Freddie ends up snagging Carly tickets for their Colorado show. Meanwhile Spencer gets sick while on the trip.

Or will it result in heartbreaks and destroyed feelings?
