The twos' paths should've never crossed, Tony went through all measures to make sure of that as well. Until that is one day Thor brought the Avengers a bit of a surprise. A fic where Loki had been aged down to his human age by his father, and all his memory of going to earth gone. I saw another fic where Loki was aged to his human age by Odin, mine will be a bit different from theirs but theirs overall spruck my idea so creds to @GayRainbowBridge for the idea!
