After the events of the Superior Spiderman, Peter Parker found himself betrayed and abandoned by everyone. He entered a very depressed state and doubt himself to an extreme level as he let himself be controlled by Otto. Then suddenly he was teleported to the world of Azur Lane were he has to get passed his depression and self doubt and become a leader. And make some lets just say obsessive friends. When S.H.I.E.L.D. fell in 2014, not all of Hydra crumbled with it. From those broken pieces Hydra quietly rebuilt keeping Project Phase alive while everyone else celebrated their freedom.
