After a split-second decision made by him, she finds her self becoming Honey Bee, New Guardian of the Miracle Box. Although she's been given a great sacred duty, a red-themed superhero, Master Fu's original student, Ladybug, might not have the same point of view. When these two childhood friends reunite in the streets of the City of Love, a familiar spark between them is reignited, but can it save them from everything that's happened all this time? Aaron has lost his father because of him and Jessica's beginning to succumb to the pressure. Can Jessica help comfort Aaron and save him from the darkness of Hawk Moth's purple corruption? Can Aaron be the "knight" he promised he'd be for his "queen," Jessica and protect one of the last people in his life?
