The Gauntlet Run is the toughest race ever run by man: across America with every man’s hand turned against you from the statue of Liberty to the old US Mint in San Francisco. There the prize awaits you: $10 million and a full and free Presidential Pardon. The Runner is marked for all to see by an indestructible Fist, keyed to his metabolism. If the Fist is removed without the key from the Mint in San Francisco, he dies. Between the Runner and the key stand the ruthless bounty hunters, the Syndicate’s lethal odds fixers, the sinister Organ Bank chasers, the Humble & Poor Hunt, the US Air Force, and mobs of good citizens, all turned into bloodthirsty savages by the magnificent prize for tearing the Fist from the Runner — and the Presidential license that nothing done to the Runner shall be illegal. Henty needs two million dollars to send her son Petey to the Artie stericlinic for treatment that will save his life. The care of The Caring Society is exhausted, her chicken farm already carries a second mortgage. Hopeless. But beautiful young Texas widows don’t just give up. There is still the Gauntlet Run. To qualify, you have to be a criminal — so Henty robs a bank... No woman has ever Run the Gauntlet. No Runner has ever survived the Gauntlet. GAUNTLET RUN is a 60 thousand word novel in 76 chapters by bestselling, prizewinning authors Andre Jute, Dakota Franklin and Andrew McCoy -- free on Wattpad!

They say when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. And how do you do just that? You chop the lemons, squeeze the juice out and lessen the sour taste with sugar and water. Complicated drama is like the whole lemon. So what should you do? Cut them up into smaller problems, squeeze the conflicts out, and lessen your worries by turning to art and going with the flow.

What would you do if your mother had died and then some time later, your dad remarried a woman who has two twin daughters? I guess me and Cinderella had that in common. Thank god. My stepmother and stepsisters aren't that evil to me like Cinderella's was to her. The thing with my steps (what I like to call them for short) is that they are obsessed with shopping, manicures, what the latest clothes female celebrities wore nowadays, that kind of stuff. Me, well, I don't really wear girly clothes, just shirts and jeans. I own some sneakers and high-tops not heels and stilettos, and I write in a journal. I'm just an average girl with average looks. I have two of the greatest best friends in the whole world, an older brother fighting in a war in Afghanistan and a dog named Oreo. My name is Gabriella Gilbert and I would just like to say, to all of you there that are not popular, do not piss off the most popular girl in school. Ever. It's social suicide. That popular girl would stop at nothing to make your whole high school life a living hell. I would know, because I've actually pissed off one, and let's just say, my life had went straight to the fiery pits of Hades. It. Was. Horrible. But with some help of an unexpected source and my best friends, maybe I can have that happy ending Cinderella had. Just one little problem. My idea of who my Prince Charming is none other than Jayce Wolverton, the most popular guy in school, and the most popular girl in school's stepbrother.

My life is just another cliche rite. You've heard the stories teen girl thinks she's normal and then one day boom something happens and oh wait you realize you werent normal at all well ha thats how it is for me Elizabeth PIKE future Queen of the Damned. Yup just days before my 18th birthday i get the surprise of a lifetime from my parents. Do to some prophecy that deals with a great great great grandpa I'm stuck being the new Queen of vampires. I thought Vampires were scary and nasty and not at all the kind that sparkle or any other girly Crape.Turns out they really arent that bad even through my bias opinion. But how i a wimp who cant even do one push up turn into strong warrior queen.Well thats what im going to find out..
