Spinel and Pink Pearl try donuts for the first time and they are in love. They start performing odd jobs in order to earn money for said donuts. However their misunderstandings of human culture cause things to go less than according to planned.

When she gets assigned to her quarters, however, it is a quite pleasant surprise that she wont be alone. She will have to company of three Pearls, thought only one seems to know the pain she is in. Spinel steals Pink Pearl's umbrella and it's love at first sight. Spinel is turned off by Pink Pearl at first but soon warms up to her. However, Pink Pearl reveals a dark secret once Spinel reciprocates her affection.

this story take place before and after spinel lived with the daimonds. spinel only know black diamond existed because pink brought black to that garden one day and they played for years! it was fun till one day when pink was going of to her colony to check it out , and black was left playing with spinel but was then brought with a stuttering pearl and black said with a nervousand worried grin but didnt come back, but pink did and the timeline when on.
