When 13-year-old James Edson drowned in a lake while going fishing with his father one warm spring evening in 1958, he is taken to a pitched-black void realm of Purgatory where a Spirit Guardian requests James' help to bring back all the captured Souls that a malicious god who is now hunting down for his soul next. It is said that for every species of living organisms, there are a specific pair of equal but opposite existing souls within the populace of the others in its own species. But unlike the other souls, these pairs are especially unique. This is known as the Anima Libera Prophecy; in which the brightest of the two very special souls regulates life within its own species; controlling the amount of years another lesser soul endures before its departure of his embodied host. As the darker soul regulates what is to become of a soul in the afterlife. They are known as the Watcher and the reaper. This prophecy is believed by some to be what regulates all life. These pairs chose their hosts; whomever seems purest and most worthy. The hosts of these souls are and may forever be totally unaware of their true potential. Just think; a pair of beings from every living species and race on Earth - completely bliss of what they truly are. If a host were to die, the prophesied pair would move on and find a new worthy host. As it is in human nature, war has struck. This time, wildlife plays a crucial role in the casualties. A large percentage of wild-life animals have been abducted and are believed to be experimented on in top secret facilities.After numerous natural disasters across the globe, it was inevitable that the dangerous secrets hidden within these laboratories would be unleashed into the world, flooding everything in a radioactive fallout of leaked super toxins, thus throwing everything into total chaos. With such devastation, the Anima Libera Prophecy is trapped in disillusion, threatening to doom all living organism's very existence...Unless the chosen ones my find their purpose in setting the chaos back into order.
