Reading and studying the Holy Bible is God's direct map into navigating a happier and healthier life. We can live a life fulfilled and content if we follow God's guiding hand. Transcendence 3 tells about the Israelites as they continue their journey into the promised land. Studying their lives in the Bible is the instrument that brings us together with God.

I remember when we were young, not much older than the age of nine, and we explored the unknown path of the river near his uncles house. I remember him leading me up a path of rocks that we climbed as I tightly held onto his hand feeling afraid to look down as we became further away from the ground. I can still feel the warm suns rays that peeked through the treetops as my bare feet hit the rough jagged surfaces of the rocks. I still remember hearing the loud crashing of water when he whispered a small, "Look." In my ear cause me to open my eyes and see the clean aquamarine water fall and crash down onto many rocks beneath the majestic waterfall, as the water twinkles from the bright rays of the soft warm sun. I can still feel the happiness I felt that day but now that happiness numbs me due the fact that he's no longer here with me.... (Excerpt from, Breathe.)
