Mia's seventeen. She's about to clean the attic on the second day of summer. Mostly because of her parents. And the eleven windows she broke when she was drunk. She was going to swipe the dust off the broken TV that's sat there for years, but she's sucked into a movie she's never heard of. She starts to like this guy, and vice versa. But he's not real. Nothing is real. It's all a movie.

There are four Clans: MeadowClan, SplashClan, HighClan, and DarkClan. They live in peace, with some border skirmishes now and then. But then, things start happening: a wolf attack on HighClan, a huge thunderstorm in which lightning sets MeadowClan's camp on fire, a hawk attack that cripples a SplashClan kit... Cardinalpaw, Cypresspaw, Rushpaw, Tumblepaw, Fuzzpaw, and Dodgepaw are apprentices of SplashClan. They have been chosen by StarClan to go to a place far beyond Clan territory on a mission to save the Clans. They cannot tell any cat.
