AN UPDATED VERSION OF MY FIRST TMNT FANFIC In an alternate universe where Splinter is alive, Karai takes charge of the Foot Clan and transforms it into an honorable organization dedicated to doing good. With the Shredder dead, life seems to have returned to normal-except for one family member. Mikey has been feeling neglected and lonely at home, as his brothers often ignore him or become angry with him over his antics. One day, he finds comfort in a mysterious woman named Misaki Towa, who offers him sanctuary and support, becoming a motherly figure to the young turtle. Unbeknownst to Mikey and his family, Misaki is the widow of the Shredder. After learning of her husband's death, she plots to avenge him by killing the turtles and Hamato Yoshi, with the help of the remaining Foot members still loyal to him. As the story unfolds, Mikey begins to lose his family's trust and love due to Misaki's toxic manipulation and lies disguised as harsh truths. Can Mikey's brothers and Splinter help him through this challenging ordeal, or will Misaki Towa succeed in her quest for revenge by turning the one person who is the heart of the family against them?

Leonardo always believed a leader never leaves his family behind. So when they disappear, he makes himself one promise: I'll find them. He doesn't care how long it takes. Days become weeks. Sleep becomes a memory. Every clue leads him deeper into Shredder's twisted game, where hope is used as a weapon and guilt is sharpened into a blade. The search was never about finding his family. In an alternate timeline, long before the events of the 2003 series began, Splinter lost one of the turtles to Bishop when he and his men attempted to capture them in the sewers. Believing the youngest turtle had sadly perished, Splinter raised the remaining three but was haunted by nightmares of the one he failed to save. Sixteen years later, after the Shredder's demise, the family discovers a feral, mutated turtle that has escaped from Bishop's lab and is on the run. They manage to capture this feral turtle, and Splinter strongly believes that he is the lost son of the quartet. As time passes, the turtles gradually get to know their long-lost brother, named Michelangelo. He, in turn, begins to open up to them as part of the family. However, with his dark and tortured past haunting him-and with Bishop hot on his trail-the family must protect Mikey from being captured while also managing his feral tendencies. Any sight or reminder of Bishop and his men sends him into a wild rage. But the real question is this: Is the lost turtle truly the long-lost Michelangelo, or is he merely a dangerous experiment created by Bishop to destroy them?

Nothing could've prepared them for one thing: Huntsman School. Caught in an incident that lead to a careless discovery, These four brothers were to be admitted into Beacon Academy. From there, it would be a monotony of chaos that would become events that lead into Adventure. (A/N: I'm already thinking that this Description needs work.)

With the turtles in NYC, fighting off Ninja Clans and Aliens from another dimension, they don't realize that they aren't the only strange mutants in this city. After running into and teaming up with the odd Wilson siblings, they realize there are more problems than aliens and assassins. A secret organization with eyes all around to kidnap mutants and Kraang for study, trying to control overloading abilities, and handling tension in the team. This iteration is inspired by the 2012 TMNT show/iteration.
