"... Luca had never seen something so distorted, it was like the image of a TV when the picture pixelates and warps. The face of maybe a wild boar, with large tusks for teeth and peach pits for eyes. He had ears on top of his head that curled like devil horns, and his skin was bubbled and pockmarked like he had been exposed to fire or dry ice. His facial movements were not of human likeliness. They moved without sense, or would lag and then load too quickly. Now the sound of rattles and hisses, was being intensified by the headboard banging against the wall and suddenly the door to Luca's room burst open..."
