I climbed over the railing that's surrounding the edged of my balcony. I was sobbing, trying to block out the calls of my kwami. Tikki flew over to me quickly, trying to pull me out of my thoughts. I'm so broken at this point, not even Tikki can save me from my own mind. As I glance up at the moon, I shut my eyes and more tears roll down my cheeks. I creep closer to the edge of the roof and take a deep breath right as I take a step into thin air. The wind is blowing through my hair as I'm free falling towards the ground. Everything is moving in slow motion. I open my eyes and I can see the hard concrete getting closer. Just as my lifeless body is about to make contact with the thick ground, I feel muscular arms grab me tightly and I'm flying through the air in the opposite direction. (Trigger Warning!
