Some rather dark poetry offerings from my earliest years of writing. Some works date back to 03 in some cases even earlier. Some of these original dates are close guesses others default to 2003 because I'm not sure at all.

Do know what actually domestic violence is? Different people have translated it in different words. "Domestic violence is a pattern of behavior which involves violence or other abuse by one person against another in a domestic setting, such as in marriage or cohabitation. Intimate partner violence is violence by a spouse or partner in an intimate relationship against the other spouse or partner." So it can be also called as family abuse, in a family whoever is abused, like spouse, children etc can be said that they are suffering from domestic abuse. Now as we notice in different regions of the world, we come to the result that though men are also suffering from this social disease but in most of cases, everywhere in the world, these are women who are actually suffering this burden. Mostly in Asian countries which are striving to give basic rights to their population, like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc women suffer more than they live their lives. From birth to death they life give them a tough time. Just like in India, we notice that the ration of rapes so much high, this is not a domestic violence but it shows that women doesn't have so much value over there this yields partners and families to give less rights to women than men. In some other Asian countries, it has become routine to people of honor killing of their women. Some kill their wives and some kill their daughters, sisters etc. These are women who are suffering more in each region of world on the name of social discrimination or honor killing. It comes in mind that why don't a girl rape a boy publically or some women rape a man as a gang rap. Because we have distributed a discrimination that is yielding domestic violence in the world. Spousal support is the amount paid by one partner to another after divorce. The central government decides the laws of divorce when the couple is married. The states have different rules and regulations for common-law relationship couples. A common-law relationship is when two people are considered married without obtaining an official marriage license or having an official wedding ceremony. Under the law, one partner receives spousal support if there is a big difference in the income of both spouses. The court considers all the facts about marriage before deciding the amount of spousal support. Since the rules may vary from state to state, the couples must have a family lawyer who can help them get through a tough decision like separation.
