Hi there! I'm so glad you're about to read this story I wrote a couple of months ago. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone of what I usually write, which is poetry and teaching kind of style, perse. I stepped out and I surprised myself with the result. I had a little, "Oh my goodness, I wrote that?" moment. This is my first short story and I've since wrote a second, longer one.
