The first group led by Havah manage to reach the Citadel where she makes a bargain with the demon prince to protect her friends before she travels with Jutu to Mangalene. The second group led by Evaline and Xion would travel to the valley of the forgotten gods where they will meet with the custodian who is not what she seems. As they travel to kingdoms and meet with other immortals, their loyalties are tested as danger lurks in every corner of the immortal lands, where kingdoms are filled with lies and intrigue. Zarafina, Tamlins sister who should have been high lady of the spring court, battles with her feelings once Feyre arrives on the grounds after killing Zarafina's mate, Andras. Through the adventures that occur in the first book of ACOTAR, we see unexpected feelings and especially friends, while also enjoying parts of the story we all love.
