Nesta goes on a journey to retrieve her Sister and High Lord, but ends up with Nyx instead and is told to flee to Spring Court to keep him safe from the other courts until he can assume his title. It had been 100 years since the war, and the Spring Court still hasn't fully recovered. Forsythia, the daughter of Spring, has lived her entire life in her father's court.
