England: circa 1310 A.D. Few are blessed with the burden of foresight. Few could feel the wind changing, or see the skies darkening; a storm was brewing. For centuries, those with magic and those without lived together in relative peace. Alas, all good things must eventually come to an end. Twelve sorcerers, condemned to centuries of slumber, would soon awaken. During a time of religious reign, their awakening would be the catalyst that turned man against magic forever. So would begin the witch hunt, the slaughtering of magical creatures once awed. Some would perish; most would hide. Others would build an army in retaliation and the world would be at full out war. All this, with the threat of a dark cult hellbent on resurrecting the one being that should not be resurrected ever looming. Indeed, dark times lie ahead. It has been said: “A man does not become great by having it easy; it is adversity that pushes him to greatness.” If that were true, then Tahir and his companions had enough adversity to become some of the greatest people ever to live. This is their story.

But when a gypsy foretells of coming danger targeting Trevor and his grandfather, it becomes obvious that the only way to save him is to tell him. As a magical battle looms, Trevor struggles to harness his druid powers, Caith tries to determine his mystical origins, and Brea fights to overcome her biggest flaw: having no magical powers. The supernatural, no human truly knows everything, we just assume. Well this is my assumption of the supernatural. It will contain what I believe the supernatural to be, some will be all my own ideas, and some will be a mix of what others have assumed. It will also contain the supernatural beings or creatures that I believe, or wish, exist in the world. *Before You Read* This is MY take on the supernatural, you don't have to agree with or follow my guide, I just wished to share with others how I viewed the supernatural. Most of my stories will follow this guide, very few won't.

The air was particularly sharp the night of the meeting, Clove had been sitting at the top of the roof for nearly three hours now. She was waiting, perfectly still. Her muscles hadn't moved an inch for the entirety of the wait. Her body was just starting to feel a slight ache but she knew it wouldn't be much longer. And she was right, the massive oak door slowly crept open revealing bellowing voices and large shadows that danced on the courtyard in front of her. She let out a silent exhale, and watched the fog from her breath twirl around in a spiral until it had faded into the darkness. By this time the men had walked into the centre of the yard. There were six of them to be exact, well in a minute there were gonna be five. Clove frowned at the thought as she readied her bow. There was the man she had to kill, he was wearing a purple cloak just like the King said. She didn't know the reason as to why this was her next victim. Her job wasn't to ask questions but to follow orders. Clove gently pulled the arrow back on her bow, bit her tung and released. Without missing a beat she tuned and rolled off the roof.
