Summary: Rose, a 13-year-old girl, enjoys spending time in the garden house with her loyal dog, Poppy. One day, a notorious psychopath named Jacobs Anders lures Poppy out of the garden house and traps Rose inside with him. Rose is filled with fear as she realizes she is alone and defenseless with a dangerous man. She is trapped in the garden house, feeling like a prison, and is at the mercy of Anders. The situation becomes increasingly dire as darkness falls, and Rose is left to face the horrors that await her.

"Here, I will show you how it is done." He grabs my hands and forces me to touch his recent victim. I flinch when my hand touches the still warm body, but I do not pull away. If I do, he might get mad, and that will just make things worse. Especially since he's already frustrated with me at the moment. Plus I'm not even ready!
