Max Hatter, the son of the infamous Maddox Hatter who's now a villain and has kidnapped the Queen of Hearts feels the pressure of everyone around him thinking he's just like his father. Both will find a way to each other as Mackenzie alongside best friends Red and Chloe Charming, with Red's brand new sister Pink, also Robbie Hood and Luis Madrigal tags along. Max who wants to separate himself from his father and helps them, tags along with a few people that Mackenzie knows extremely well, Hazel Hook, Felix Facilier, Squeaky and Squirmy Smee. But when friendships are tested, she finds herself getting more closer to the VKs than she imagined especially Max Hatter, rekindling her friendships with Hazel, Felix and more importantly (to her) the twins.
