In the midst of this, many are unaware that a man named Tom Riddle is beginning his ascension to power. At the center of this, lies several families, including the Black family, whose many members view the world in different ways. This story is set in the Harry Potter universe; in the future to be exact. Set in a world where it is discovered that squibs were never as powerless as it was once believed. They posses the ability to use a much more powerful kind of magic, one that goes far beyond the limits of common magicians. Follows Joshua Storm after he is visited one day by a strange man who claims that all the events in the famous Harry Potter series were not only true but that Joshua himself is magical and in grave danger; a mysterious group of people is systematically tracking and kidnapping squibs without leaving a trace. The man claims to know a place where squibs can be safe and train their magical abilities and learn to hone them to their full, glorious extent. But it seems too good to be true. Should Josh trust this man or should he continue living life as he knows it?

A poem I wrote about Filch's cat in Harry Potter. This poem was based on a fan theory I read that implied Mrs Norris was once a teacher at Hogwarts. She and Filch had supposedly had a love affair. Mrs Norris was then cursed into a cat by a Slitherin for associating with a squib. Ever since, Mrs Norris has prowled the hallways in order to aid Filch with disciplining students who even slightly misbehaved. Seems to explain Filch's attachment to the cat.

In which Sirius befriends the Muggle next door, Amelia will never have a normal life again, and Emily just wants to magic. And of course, a bunch of other things happen and life is generally unfair.
