Maeve Riley Cruz is an employee of one of the largest hotel and resort in Asia, she's being promoted as manager of the hotel when she's proven her hard works and ability to be one of an efficient hotel manager. As being a manager for almost one year, a new CEO was announced to manage the hotel. The new CEO was rumored as cruel, harsh, and heartless. Would she be able to stand this new CEO? But the most confusing part was, as Maeve trying to please the new heartless CEO, she developed a feelings for her new boss. They're physically close, but as days, weeks, and even months passed, Maeve Riley wanted to be even closer to her boss. She wanted to hold her closer to her.

As she tried to run from him, she accidentally bumped into someone on the road. She's desperate to escape from him so she pulled the girl's hand and made her run with her. But who would've thought that the girl she accidentally met on the road could be her pretend-girlfriend in 2 months and made a contract with her. Only little did she know that as their 2 months pretend-girlfriend contract is about to end, she started to feel something new to her. A feelings that is strange to her. Becky Armstrong never believed in love at first sight-until the day Freen Sarocha walked into the film set, hair tied up messily, holding her coffee like it was the only thing keeping her alive. Beck had seen beautiful people before. She'd worked with beautiful people before. But Freen was something else-effortless, like she didn't even know she was the reason the sun decided to rise. At first, Beck tried to play it cool. On set, she cracked her usual jokes, teased the crew, and acted like she didn't notice Freen glancing at her between takes. But in truth, every time Freen smiled at her, Beck's heart did a little somersault, the kind she hadn't felt since high school crushes and stolen glances across cafeteria tables. One afternoon, during a break, Beck found herself sitting on the steps outside the studio. She was scrolling her phone when Freen dropped down beside her. "You always hide out here," Freen said softly, her knee brushing Beck's. Beck smirked. "I could say the same about you." Freen tilted her head, eyes sparkling. "Maybe I'm just waiting for the right person to find me." And just like that, Beck was gone. Completely, hopelessly gone.
