Lydia Stackhouse lives in Bon Temps with her sister and Gran. Her brother, sister and herself all have psychic powers but don't know what that means. Vampires have now openly "come out of their coffins" and want to live alongside humans in society. The Stackhouse family gets dragged into supernatural drama due to their abilities and Lydia falls in love with an old vampire named Eric Nothman.

High School is not a breeze. There are bullies, finals, thirsty thots, and creepy teachers. But Young Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse will have to find a way. They will have to face a lot, especially when a death occurs at the school.

This story picks up where Dead Ever After finishes. Sookie is with Sam and Eric is in Oklahoma. Married to others, it is up to destiny to find the way to bring them back together. Follow our favorite couple through the world of vampire politics as they find their happily ever after.
