This story takes place after Stardust Crusaders with a young boy by the name of Jason Jones (JoJo). This young man used to live in America with his mom and dad, until one day his father was caught in gang violence. This sudden act made Jason's mom insane and had to be put in a mental institution. All hope seemed lost for Jason, until one day his school was doing an international exchange program with Japan. This was a sign for Jason as he thought that maybe a life in Japan wouldn't be so bad.
