Whe all know there are 8 people related to the Joestars and are main characters of the aeries.... "The Universe" or "Za Univaso" has the ability to copy a stand's form and turn into it giving "The Universe" its powers, along with its pros and cons. (Note: this is an alternate universe, so most of the people that died(along with the villains) are alive, the enemies were just beat up, the friends of the mc's are alive, Jonathan will not be included since he existed at the medieval times anyway.)

These 'personal ghosts', are called stands, a physical manifestation of one's fighting spirit, they come in all forms and sizes, and their abilities vary from person to person, one could say that no two stands are the same, although there are very specific exceptions to that rule. One such stand user is a man named Jougan Joestar, a man who grew up on an island named Starfall, with a town bearing the same name sinking it's roots on the island, their main source of income being a mix of tourism and fishing. The view and attractions there are unique, one of a kind, so many unusual sights can be seen on the island of Starfall that one could say it's the center point of anomalies and phenomenons.
