Despite the clown being horrifying and dangerous, in a way they were all sort of thankful for it. Because if it wasn't for the clown, none of them would be as close as they were now. Stanley has liked Y/n for who knows how long and thanks to his slightly annoying yet surprisingly helpful best friend Richie, he'd maybe get a shot with her.
