There may be two copies of this story. This is the most revised version. Mer cat dragons, like Ocean, usually live underwater, but having hatched without gills, he has to live on land, where there is no mer cat dragon school. He wishes for an education. He wishes for a pair of loving parents. He wishes for a better life. In this story, Ocean's step dad does abuse him, but I don't put much details, and I skim over these parts to keep it clean.

This is a collection of short prose/poetry that I have written; most of it involves universe related stuff, earth, nature-y stuff, fantasy qualities, and overall non realistic short stories. Some of it will have poetic characteristics, such as rhyming here and there but none of it will actually be based on a format or will have correct stanzas. I'd describe it as messy or unorganized poetry. Enjoy!
