When she finally lands a job at a family business, she meets Sawyer-the older son of her boss who takes immediate interest in her. Sawyer is attentive and silly and everything Atlas needs to forget her home life. As they start to hang out outside of the workplace, secrets are revealed and her heart opens up. But she doesn't want it to. Atlas tries everything she can to stop their personal connection. A very simple pastoral poem following two characters, the narrator and the person they are addressing as they engage with the night sky. Interpret the story however you please; it wasn't initially meant to be a romantic poem but that's how it's perceived by some. Please do bear in mind that I wrote this in the 7th grade and a good amount has changed since then.

One broken, one kept. - In Alaska Springfields first year of college, she dated Lux Turner. They were the perfect couple, everyone envied what they had. "They're going to last," everyone said but that was just a guess. Second-year of college Lux moves. Alaska and Lux decide to do long distance. He promised to call her every day and that someday he'd come back. But as easy as a promise is made, it can as easily be broken. At first, Lux calls her everyday day but those phone calls every day turned into a text every week and slowly but surely he cut her off. Third-year of college Lux moves back without warning but he doesn't move back just anywhere... he moves into the house right next to Alaskas. The brunette sat down on the grass, the cold wind blowing through his hair as he looked up at the dark blue sky. "The stars are beautiful, wouldn't you agree?" the brunette spoke while his eyes admired the sparkling stars. "No," Jimin replied earning Taehyung to turn to him with a questioning look. "They aren't beautiful compared to you."

the stars align in a strange synchronous way, beautifully yet mysteriously "you're the star that turns ordinaries into extraordinaries.", yoongi whispers into jimin's soft hair jimin only hits him with his telescope, again. 🌟yoonmin 🌟
