I once had a best friend and we've been friends for many years. However, he left me and disappeared from my life. The poems I write are usually about him. I was able to cope by writing those poems. With that, I wanted to help other people with them. I hope you enjoy.

An unearthed skeleton stares skyward with a smooth black orb embedded in its skull. As darkness spreads and silence consumes the excavation crew, it becomes clear the eye is not a relic... but a living watcher waiting for someone to return its gaze.
