That's what this story is about. (Obviously Spoilers for the whole musical) Basically, this story is an au where Max, Richie and Ruth are the ones who survive and Stephanie, Peter and Grace are the ones who die. !None of these character belong to me. They are all from Team Starkid's musical Nerdy Prudes Must Die!

We all know Ted as the office asshole who would throw anyone under the bus to save his own skin. But no one is born mean; there's always a backstory, usually involving heartbreak and lots and lots of booze. This is that backstory: a look back at Ted Bauer, before he became our favorite grumpy Borat impersonator. Enjoy! (also sidenote, I know that nick keeps teasing that ted's last name is important, and that implies that ted will play a larger role in the future, but for the purposes of this story we will pretend that the whole hatchetfield lore begins and ends with TGWDLM. so ted and his last name shall remain thoroughly unimportant from here on out in this particular story. thanks!)
